He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce Sanderson; his children, George (Janice) of Holland Centre, Laura Cook (Harold) of Dundalk, Douglas of Guelph and Carman (Kirsten) of Fergus; his stepchildren, Clinton Micks (Kelly) of Markdale and Cathy Sir (Steven) of Aurora; his brother Delbert; and his niece Jackie Sprung (Tim). He was also cherished by 21 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
