She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Caughell; her brother William Clark (Marie Anne); her siblings-in-law, Gail Clark and Marvin Caughell (Donna); and her parents, Mary Clark and James Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Brian (Mary Ann Caughell), Steven Caughell, Jeffrey (late Lori Caughell) and Mary Catherine (Mike Wright); her great grandchild Jason Caughell (Crystal); her siblings, John Clark (Donna), Jim Clark (Barbara), Gerald Clark (Valerie) and Elaine Bertelsen (Rick); her siblings-in-law, Carol Anne Thorpe (Robert), Keith Caughell (Espanta Jalili) and Lori Ann Caughell; and also, Kayla, Cole, Olivia, Mark Caughell (Grada), Gracie, Brody, Summer, Hardy, Travis Caughell (Kelly Patterson), Ashley Knoop (Andrew), Ella, Jenna Lebedz (Drew), Luke, Sarah Caughell (Carson Palmer) and Alexandria Wright. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
