She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Kevin Backes; her children, Brianna Backes (Jarrett) of Finch and Clayton Backes (Ashley) of Finch; her parents, James Goodwin and Kathleen Goodwin (Baker) of Smiths Falls; her sibling Kevin Goodwin (Michelle) of South Mountain; her parent-in-law Norman Backes (Betty); and her siblings-in-law, Tim Backes of Chesterville and Steven Backes (Louise) of Williamsburg. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
