He is survived by: his children, Kaile Maynard (Aaron) and Logan Rushford (Sara); his grandchildren, Kade and Nash; and his friend Gerald Legue (Kim). He is also survived by his brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
