She was predeceased by: her spouse Rene Giroux; her parents, William Fykes and Nellie Fykes; her children, Sherry and Mike Giroux; and her siblings, Alice Fyke, Gladys Cass, Marjorie Fyke-Connors, Dick, Dennis, Junior, Cyril and Lloyd Fyke.
She is survived by: her son Perry Giroux (Cindy) of Moose Creek; her brother Jack Fyke of Ottawa; and her grandchildren, Jason Giroux (Christina), Jennifer Liebmann (Michael), Andrew Giroux (Amanda), Joshua, Grootenhuis and Georgia. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
