Winnie Splinter Obituary
In loving memory of Winnie Splinter (Fergus, Ontario), who departed this world on January 27, 2025 at the age of 88. Winnie leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Mathys. She is survived by: her children, Mary, Sandy (Alvin), Wilma (Paul), Karen (Ted), Mark (Maria), Rob, Paul, Jim (Yvette) and Trevor; her sister Wilma (Barend); and her sisters-in-law, Ria, Truus, Els and Bertien. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church (325 St George St W, Fergus, ON N1M1J4). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, family welcome your donations to the HEARTS Mission at St. Andrew's, Fergus, also of special meaning to our parents was the work of 'Doctors Without Borders'.
