He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart and Veronica of Kitchener; and his brother Earl of Port Perry. He is survived by: his wife Carol (Hannon); his children, William (Michelle) of Salem, Charlene Oates (Randy) of Mount Forest, Michael (Jen) of Whitby and Karen Thomas (Sean Bolger) of Salem; his grandchildren, Corey, Courtney, Christine, Kyle, Nick, Helena, Tearislee, Jaedyn, Hanna and Samantha; his great grandchildren, Ainsley, Olivia and Charlotte; his sisters, Gail (Berk) and Marilyn (John); and his sister-in-law Jean.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Groves Memorial Hospital.
