He was predeceased by: his mother Jean Pyke; his brother Garry Pyke; his sister-in-law Bonnie Ewen Pyke; and his nephew Matthew Pyke. He is survived by: his daughter Erin McBride; his father Bob; his brothers, Dan and Tim (Becky); his sister-in-law Cathy Pyke (Rosa Small); his nephews, Bryan (Veronica), Dylan (Ashley), Curtis, Reed and Spencer (Steph); and his niece Sarah.
