We bid farewell to Robert John McEachern (Fergus, Ontario), born in Wellington, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 22, 2024 at the age of 69. Robert touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, John McEachern and Audrey McEachern (King); his parents-in-law, Alice Jean Schaefer (Ainslie), Bryan Ainslie and John Schaefer; and his brother-in-law Bryan Ainslie.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Ainslie; his brother-in-law Jason Ainslie (Teresa); and his nieces, Emily (Alyssa), Margaret (Ricardo), Madeline (Jibin) and Smith (Wilson).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Rob's honour can be made to: Groves Memorial Hospital in Fergus - our family is thankful to the staff at Groves Memorial Hospital for the care we have received over the years; St. John's Ambulance - Rob always advocated the importance of having CPR/first aid training in case you ever had to perform it to save a life; Orton Community Association - Rob always supported activities and events that occurred in the Orton community.
