It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Franklin Grimes (Fergus, Ontario), who passed away on January 4, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Robert shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Robert farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his father Robert Melvin Grimes. He is survived by: his spouse Dale Elaine Zimon; his sons, Bob Grimes (Laurie Bradley) and Jordan Zimon (Kylie Smith); his grandchild Aliya Grimes; his mother Joyce Grimes (Connelly); his brothers, Rick Grimes (Carolyn) and Jim Grimes; and his close friends, Lennie and Howie.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fergus Legion Br #275 (500 Blair St, Fergus, ON N1M1S4).
