With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Peggy Ann Ferguson (Fergus, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 17, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Peggy may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Ferguson (Louttit) and Joseph Ferguson. She is survived by: her sisters, Deanna Gordon, Susan Gunn (Gord) and Mary Cass (Trevor); her niece Sarah Gunn (Tom McCaulay); her nephews, David Gordon and Jeremy Gunn (Alison); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Charlie and Jackson.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Belsyde Cemetery (400 Thistle St, Fergus, ON N1M, Canada N1M, Canada).

The family has requested that donations be directed towards the Ontario SPCA and Humane Society (ONTARIO SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS).
