He is survived by: his spouse Dietje Jansen; his children, Swanieta, Clarence (Anita), Keith (Corinne), Richard (Josephine), Ed (Cisca), Jeannette (Henk), Wendy (Eppe), Christa (Frank) and Albert; and his brothers, Klaas (Ina Sikkema), Henny (Gerry Broersma) and Onno (Annette Sikkema).
