She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Young; her siblings, Alexander, Angus, Florence McConnell and Mary; and her parents, James McPherson and Hattie Bell McPherson.
She is survived by: her children, Scott (Susan), Liz Wilson (Don) and Rob (Heather); her brothers, Leslie and Jack; and her sister-in-law Margaret. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Fergus, Groves Memorial Community Hospital, Fergus, or Covenant House, Toronto.
