She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Ronald Crimmings; her son Michael (Brenda Crimmings) of Wingham; and her grandchild Kasen. She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Pilon (Doug Crossman) of Calgary, Janine (Phil Mahon) of Bradford and Sherri (Thomas Vincent) of Belwood; and her grandchildren, Conan, Tagan, Michelle, Tony and Brontë.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Maida may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada, the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Groves Memorial Hospital Foundation.
