He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Day and Elsie (Cook). He is survived by: his wife Mae (Townsley); his children, Kathleen (Tom Dunbar) of Seaforth and Rick (Thea Farr) of Elora; his grandchildren, Alex, Heather, Oliver, Jessica and Emily; his great grandchildren, Phoebe and Celeste; and his brother Morris Day of Elora.
