She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Cook and Ross Cook; her siblings, Karl Cook, Gwen Small and Alyce Small; her brothers-in-law, Sam Small and Robert Jackson; and her nephew Dean Jackson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Carolyn Doherty (Michael), Eric Cook (Janice) and Fergus; and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Cook (Mount Forest) and Arnold Small. She is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews, several great nieces and nephews and several great great nieces and nephews.
