It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Burnett (Fergus, Ontario), who passed away on August 29, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Mary Schmidt; and his sister-in-law Doreen (Dot). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Park (Beth); his brother Gordon Burnett; his children, Alex (Linda), Helen Winters (Kerry) and Proud; his grandchildren, Jason (Jenai), Stephen (Julie), Darryl (Anita), Anne (Neal), Rebecca, Lisa (Sean) and Daniel (Liz); and his son-in-law John Schmidt.
Donations may be directed to St. John's United Church, Groves Memorial Hospital or to a charity of choice.
