He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred and Eleanor; his former wife Sheila; his children, Norah, Chris (Mary Kay), Joanne Patti and John (Rhiannon); and his siblings, Gordon (Maureen), Joan Welton (Glen), Margaret Myers (Conrad) and Wilfred.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his stepchildren, David (Cheryl), Jan (Ed), Jeff (Lisa) and Brad (Angela); his siblings, Robert (Marlene) and Gertrude (late Kevin); and his great grandchildren, James, Sean, Nick, Alex, Joanne, Joe, Caiden, Violet, Connor, Jeff, Danielle, Ben, Trent, Ayden, Elise and Alec.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wellington County Museum (536 Wellington Rd 18, Fergus, ON N1M0A1).
A Celebration Of Life will be held in the Spring and in lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to The Fergus Groves Hospital and the Fergus-Aboyne Hospice.
