He was predeceased by: his wife Erika Steinhauser; and his siblings, Herman, Erna, Erika, Rita, Selma and Hedwig.

He is survived by: his daughter Rita Terry (Tim); and his siblings, Otto, Walter, Erich, Inga, Gerda and Amalie.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Graham Giddy Funeral Home, Fergus Chapel (280 St David St S, Fergus, ON N1M2L5). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home & Chapel (280 St David St S, Fergus, ON N1M2L5).
