He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Graham and Ellen (MacNeil); his sibling Casey; his grandparents, Alex and Helena Fraser; his aunts and uncles, Kevin MacNeil (Maddy), Glen MacNeil (Kelly), Darren MacNeil (Karen), John MacNeil (Liz), Donna MacNeil and Allison Black; his grandparents, Allison "Skelly" and Sylvia Black; and his uncle Steven MacNeil. He was also cherished by many friends and extensive extended family.
