She was predeceased by: her son Dean Moffit; her husband Howard Beal; and her former husband Vernon Moffit. She is survived by: her daughter Ann; her sister Glenna; her son-in-law Ken; her grandchildren, Tim and Brenann; her daughter-in-law Lori; her niece Marilyn; and her friends, Annette and Alexandrea.
Her family kindly thanks the Strathcona Long Term Care Home in Mount Forest, ON for the exceptional care of Eileen, and request that any donations in Eileen's memory be made to the Resident's Council Fund at Strathcona. Donation information is as follows: Cheques payable to "Resident's Council SLTC" may be mailed to: 720 Princess Street Mount Forest, ON N0G 2L3 A private service will be held at Memory Gardens Cemetery on Friday May 7th, 2021 at 1pm.
