He is survived by: his wife Arendje Boot (Rina); his children, Adriana Oosterhof (Jelko), Olivier Boot, Jacomina Boot (Gerard) and Cor Boot (Kim); his grandchildren, Stefanie (Andrew), Katrina, Samantha (Brandon), Alex (Amelia), Kevin (Lucia), Marnix, Oliver (Laura), Rachel (Lushaun), Patrick, Logan, Levi, Leo, Ana, Clementine, Fergus, Eli and Cassidy; his siblings, Stoffel and Johan; and his siblings-in-law, Dien, Bep Kees, Tiny, Dick, Tineke, Wim, Nel, Ann, Keith and Hans.
