She is survived by: her significant other Hans Falk; her son Peter Falk (Joanne); her grandchildren, Lindsey, Nathan and Amanda; her great grandchild Jade; her grandson Paul Falk (Kelli); her great grandchildren, Andrew, Kristen, Brittany, Brady and Katie; her brother Bob Campbell (Marie); and her niece Mary Catherine.
