He was predeceased by: his siblings, David and Kimberley. He is survived by: his brothers, Peter (Mary), Bruce (Roxy) and Karl (Brenda); his niece Sheri; his nephews, Derek and Doug; and his stepsiblings, Kevin, Dale, Stephen and Jon.

All visitors must wear a mask and practice social distancing.
