He was predeceased by: his uncle Gerald Prentice. He is survived by: his daughter Abigail "Abby" Prentice; his close friend Crystal; his brother Gerald (late Lea Prentice); and his aunt Barb. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family members as well as his many friends.

Memorial donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
