He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret; and his parents, Gordan and Francis. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Rice (Cherylanne) and Phillip Rice (Ann McKenna); and his brothers, Tom (Mary Lou) and Paul. He is also survived by his four grandchildren.
