He was predeceased by: his daughter Julie. He is survived by: his wife Grace; his children, Heidi (Troy), Emily (Joshua) and James (Sierra); his grandchildren, Pearce, Lucius, Eden, Gianna, Henry and Jack; and also, Annette (Harry), Wynne (Case), Simon, John (Jane) and Henrietta (Roy).
