He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carlson and Jean Gare of St. Catherines; his sister Donna Carlson; and his sister-in-law Lorraine Carlson. He is survived by: his girlfriend Carol Wray; his brother Bryan Carlson of Beamsville; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Carlson (Bruce Lee) of St. Catherines, Jason Carlson (Marianne) of Port Colborne and Andrea (Tom Paschert) of Port Colborne.
