He is survived by: his significant other Iris Moore; his children, Lisa (Martino), Lori (Carter) and Leslie (Cory); his great grandchild Siena; his siblings, Faye (Robert) and Bob (Karen); and his nieces and nephews, Laura (Michael), Dean, Daniel, Amanda (Ryan) and Nicholas.
As an expression of sympathy and to honour Lee's life, donations may be made to the Diabetic Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation with appreciation from the family.
