She was predeceased by: her spouse Peter Kubis; her daughter Donna Cunnigham; and her sister Verna Conlon. She is survived by: her sibling Arthur Oreski; her siblings-in-law, Irene Oreski and John Kubis (Pamela); her close friends, Waldemar and Grace Mikolajczyk; and her children, Monika and Arthur.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
