He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Carolyn (Jim), Greg (Michelle), Tasha (Craig), Donna and Neil (Kristin); his grandchildren, Katelyn (Nick), Adam, Emily, Olivia, Grace, Jacob, Cassie, Joshua and Nicholas; and his great grandchildren, Preston and Taylor. He is also survived by his family and friends.
