He was predeceased by: his former wife Marlene; and his brother Bill Howitt. He is survived by: his wife Susan Howitt; his son Michael Howitt (Susan) of Markham; his granddaughters, Christina (Drew Slobodian) and Amanda (Erick Espiritu Santo); his great grandchild Jayce Slobodian; his sister Jean Jaques of Lindsay; his stepdaughters, Katherine (Lennard Matsumoto) and Christine (Darrell Sharpe); and his stepgrandchildren, James, Brandon, Conor and Mitchell.
The family of Jack Howitt will celebrate his life with a private family ceremony at Jardine Funeral Home on Saturday, January 16th and will honour his life with a public ceremony in the summer when Covid permits.
