He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Eileen Lillian Payne of Fenelon Falls; and his children, David Payne (Diane) of East Gwillimbury, Glenda (Mark Scott) of Fenelon Falls, Roger Payne (Isabel) of Stouffville, Brian Payne (Peggy) and Fenelon Falls.
