He was predeceased by: his siblings, Beatrice, Stanley and Beulah. He is survived by: his close friend Lynn Johnson; his spouse Gail Smith of Janetville; his son Tad Hawkins; his grandchildren, Mitchell Hawkins and Mallory Hawkins; and his friend Diane Johnson.
