He was predeceased by: his siblings, Osra LeBlanc (Roger), Verna Neil (Jack), Ruby Carr (Danny), Lola Graff (Lewis), Edmund Black (Irma), Martin Villemere (Evelyn), Merlyn Black (Terry) and Della.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Black; his children, Kathy Birchall (Tom), George Black Jr. (Denise) and Cindy McKinnon (Drew); his grandchildren, Bryan Birchall, Diane Wilson (Sheldon), Kevin Birchall (Paul), Amanda Brouillette (Paul), Nicole Jerome (Jesse), Kyle McKinnon (Alex) and Neal McKinnon (Carmen); his children, Zachary, Brooke, Max, MacKenzie, Joshua and Lincoln; and his sister Doris Dodgson (Bob) of London. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and close family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of George may be made to the Parkinson's Support Group of Sudbury or the Northern Cancer Foundation of Sudbury.
