He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wives, Janet Hern (Blair) and Patricia Hern (Mohan); his children, Kelly, Jamie Herbst, Jason Hern, Louise Sullivan, Adam, Kim Hern, Janelle and Jeff Reid; his stepson Jonathan Chapman; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Aislinn, Claire, Reese, Hanna, Casey, Tyson, Jack and Finn.
