She was predeceased by: her child Jeffrey Rooth; her parent Mervyn; her brother-in-law Betty Huckins; and also Bert Huckins. She is survived by: her spouse Donald; her children, Lisa Ducharme, Darcy Ducharme of Sarnia, Daniel Rooth, Ann Rooth (Vanneste) of Strathroy, Laura Leanne and Jason Roberts of Calgary; her sister Bruce Cudmore of Port Hope; and her sibling-in-law Deanna Cudmore of Port Hope. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.

Donations to Canadian Cancer Society, St. Joseph's Hospice, London or South Huron Hospital Foundation- Jessica's House would be appreciated by the family.
