She was predeceased by: her son Brian Dougall; her parents, Jean Madge and John 'Jack' Madge; her brother Keith Madge; and her siblings-in-law, Basil Crawford, Margaret Coates, Jack Coates, Harry and Bill Dougall.

She is survived by: her husband Andrew 'Andy' Dougall; her children, Robert, Pearl Dougall of Usborne Township, Helen and Bruce Bateman of Belleville; her grandchildren, Chandra, Michael Alexander of Exeter, Alyssa Dougall of Usborne Township and Maggie Bateman of Belleville; her sister Phyllis Crawford of Exeter; her sisters-in-law, Doreen Madge of Thorndale, Marian Dougall of Exeter and Fern Dougall of Exeter; and also Fondly.

Donations to the Exeter United Church, South Huron Hospital Foundation, or Jessica's House would be appreciated by the family.
