We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2019, Katharine Ellen Winter (Exeter, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Donald Winter; her children, Debra Kerr, David Kerr, Brenda Stehr and Chris Stehr; her grandchildren, Matthew, Vanessa, Jared, Ryan, Megan, Stephanie and Jesse; and her sister Ethel Masse.
