She was predeceased by: her husband William Chadwick; her son Herbert Chadwick; and her siblings, Shirley Smith and Dennis Gillis. She is survived by: her sister Barb Guay of St. Catherine. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
