He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Chapman (Stock); his parents, Ross Chapman and Grace Chapman (Coleman); and his siblings-in-law, Grace Stock, Betty Stock, Carole Stock and Bill Talbot.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Chapman, Ken Horner, Susan Chapman, Gary Blanchard of Hockley Valley, Paul, Kelly Chapman of London and Christopher Chapman of Bayfield; his grandchildren, Matthew, Hannah, Meredith, Leighlan, Erin, Kurtis, Michael, Joanna, Grace and Lauren; his great grandchildren, Penelope and Anya; his siblings, Gladys Talbot of Exeter, Hollice Stock of Stratford and Don Stock of Toronto; and his children, Isabelle of Germany and Hans of Germany. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the London Health Sciences Foundation – Regional Cancer Program, Big Brother Big Sisters of South Huron, Sleeping Children Around the World, or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
