He is survived by: his wife Rita Winters (Giesen); his children, Frank, Janet, Vincent, Monica, Henry, Brenda, Marlene, Andrew, Sharon, Marc and Cheryl; his grandchildren, Curtis, Katie, Carly, Michael, Harrison, Nicole, Joe, Kristen, Laura, Jared, Adam, Emily, Matthew, Connor, Brenna and Adelaine; and his siblings, Bill and Jean Winters of Renfrew. He is also survived by 6 sisters and 5 brothers.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the South Huron Hospital Foundation or the Precious Blood Roof Fund would be appreciated by the family.
