He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Mommersteeg (Humphreys); his children, John (Denyse), Richard, Fred (Pat), Bob (Carol), MaryAnn, Deb (David) and Patty (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Tommy, Samantha, Josh and Erica.
