He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Dow (Austin); his son Gilbert J. Dow; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Dow (Glavin); his stepchildren, Jim Gifford, Nancy Gifford and Don Gifford; and his siblings-in-law, Ron, Bev Austin and Marilyn Bailey.
