He is survived by: his children, Ed, Christie Cosman of Simcoe, Dave, Amy Boersma of Exeter, Norma and Al Vanderlaan of Exeter; his great grandchildren, Erik Cosman, Lisa, Jared Wells (Logan), Jenna and Lachlan Jackson (Kit); his grandchildren, Jared Boersma, Tyler Boersma, Drew Boersma, Kelsey Boersma, Danielle, Joe Dykstra (Carter), Kevin Vanderlaan, Keira Wiersema (Brody), Rachel and Lucas Kaumanns; his siblings, Jannie Elgersma, Peter (Audrey Boersma), Ida Damsma, Lientje Kroodsma and Tinie Damsma (Maryke Brandt Damsma); and also, Sjoukje Branderhorst, Sandra Damsma, Peter Damsma, Johannus Kroodsma, Bert Branderhorst, Steven Elgersma, Hank Damsma and Andy Damsma. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
