He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Mittelholtz (Hogan); his children, Dan Mittelholtz (Jo-Ann) of St. Thomas, Chris Mittelholtz (Darla) of London, Jeff Mittelholtz of London and Ann Marie Raeside (Scott) of London; his grandchildren, Ayla (John), Kevin (Courtney), Jenna, Tori, Josh, Abby and Zack; his great grandchild Nyah; his sibling Norbert Mittelholtz (Norma) of Burlington; his sibling-in-law Ken Mittelholtz (Sylvia) of Zurich; his sister Carol Mittelholtz C. S. J. of London; his cousin Mary Hagan of London; and his parent Elenora Mittelholtz (Smith).
