She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Winbow; her parents, John 'Jack' and Eva Ryan (Horn); and her grandson Ben (Evan). She is survived by: her children, Charene, Mark Winbow-Deacon of Hawkesbury Upton, Craig and Kim Winbow of Exeter; her grandchildren, Sam Deacon, Grace Winbow, Cory Gough and Jenni Winbow; her great grandchildren, Evan, Olivia, Reid and Lennon Winbow; and her siblings, Elizabeth and Gordon Tuck of Luckington, England.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and family.

In lieu of flowers donations to Jessica's House would be appreciated by the family.
