She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Alfred Gilker; and her sisters, Tina Anns, Dora Thomas and Ruth Langdale. She is survived by: her sons, Grant Gilker (Georgina) of St. Catherine's and Murray Gilker of Toronto; and her grandsons, Steven and Brian. She is also survived by her sister in law, nieces, nephews, and her multitude of friends.
