He was predeceased by : his parents, Myhailo Dozorsky and Antonia Dozorsky (Kapij); and his siblings, Sophie and Roman. He is survived by : his wife Olga (Chyz); and his sister Irene. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests prayers for the repose of Johnny's soul and, if desired, donations to the Canada Ukraine Foundation.
