He was predeceased by: his daughter Marta; and his siblings, Frank, Victor, Joe and Maria Mlkar.
He is survived by: his wife Neza; and his sons, Ivan (Anna Marie) and Tony (Debra).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to either the Canadian Diabetes Society, Canada Heart and Stroke or Dom Lipa retirement home.
